1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and nag4u (hereinafter referred to as "nag4u", "we", "us", or "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the nag4u website located at https://nag4u.app, including all services, games, betting markets, account features, and promotional offers available thereon.

By registering an account, making a deposit, accessing any game or betting market, or otherwise using the nag4u platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the nag4u platform.

nag4u reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. The effective date at the top of this document reflects when the current version came into force.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the nag4u platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and continuously throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. nag4u strictly does not permit access to any person under the age of 21. Age verification documentation will be requested and must be provided before withdrawals are processed.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, affiliate, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of nag4u or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment processors.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement or have had a previous nag4u account suspended or permanently closed for violations of these Terms.

nag4u reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be satisfactorily confirmed. Any winnings accumulated during a period of ineligibility are subject to forfeiture.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money games, betting markets, and promotional offers on nag4u, you are required to complete the registration process and create a verified account. The following rules apply to all registered accounts:

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the nag4u platform at any given time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, nag4u reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts immediately, void any pending bets or game rounds, and forfeit any balances or bonuses held across the duplicate accounts.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and to keep your account information updated at all times. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, your date of birth, your current mobile number, and your preferred payment method details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nag4u login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify nag4u support immediately via live chat.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

nag4u is required to conduct identity verification (Know Your Customer, or "KYC") procedures in accordance with its licensing obligations and anti-money laundering (AML) commitments. KYC verification is mandatory for all accounts before withdrawals are processed and may also be triggered by deposit activity above certain thresholds.

The following documents may be requested as part of the KYC process:

• Proof of Identity: Valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or valid passport. The document must be current, undamaged, and clearly legible.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three months, displaying your full name and current residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account used for deposits.
• Source of Funds: In cases of large deposits or withdrawals, nag4u may request documentation verifying the lawful source of funds.

5. Deposits

nag4u accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and Raast instant payment. Deposits made via any other method will not be accepted and may be returned minus any applicable processing fees incurred.

• All deposits are subject to a minimum deposit amount as displayed on the nag4u cashier page at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your nag4u PKR wallet upon confirmed receipt. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day.
• nag4u does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which nag4u bears no responsibility.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned.
• nag4u reserves the right to set deposit limits on individual accounts at its discretion, including for responsible gaming purposes.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, provided that method supports outgoing transfers. All withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification as described in Section 4.

• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within one (1) to three (3) business days from the date of request submission, subject to verification requirements.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in the nag4u cashier at the time of request.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw unwagered bonus funds may result in the forfeiture of those funds.
• nag4u reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, which may extend processing times.
• In the event that a payment method used for deposits does not support withdrawals, nag4u will contact you to arrange an alternative withdrawal method, subject to additional verification.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

nag4u offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and sports betting promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion's terms and must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are used after your real-money balance is depleted, unless otherwise specified.
• nag4u reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that bonuses already credited to active accounts remain subject to the terms under which they were issued.
• Multiple account holders, players using VPN services to circumvent geographic restrictions, or players suspected of bonus abuse will be ineligible for all promotional offers and may have their accounts reviewed for compliance.
• Certain game categories may contribute at different rates toward bonus wagering requirements. Contribution rates are detailed in individual promotion terms.
• nag4u reserves the right to reclaim any bonus and associated winnings where bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of a software error is suspected.

8. Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the nag4u platform, including online slots, live dealer casino games, Mini Baccarat, Fierce Fishing, and other arcade titles, operate using certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, are governed by the physical mechanics of the game as broadcast in real time.

Game outcomes are determined at the moment the game round is completed and are final. In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed based on the outcome generated by the game engine at the time of disconnection. nag4u is not liable for losses arising from connectivity issues on the player's side.

9. Sports Betting

nag4u offers a sports betting sportsbook covering cricket (including PSL, T20 Internationals, Test matches, and other domestic competitions), football, UFC, and selected other sports. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on nag4u:

• All bets are accepted subject to the odds and market availability displayed at the time of bet placement. Odds are subject to change without notice prior to bet confirmation.
• A bet is confirmed only when a bet reference number is issued and the stake is deducted from your PKR wallet.
• nag4u reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was published in error, including markets with incorrect odds, incorrect event details, or markets opened in circumstances that constitute a manifest error.
• In-play betting markets are offered at nag4u's discretion and are subject to suspension or removal at any time during the event.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and are displayed within the relevant betting market.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed within the time frame specified in the relevant market rules, nag4u reserves the right to void bets and return stakes.

10. Responsible Gaming

nag4u is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing players with the tools necessary to manage their gaming activity safely. We encourage all players to treat gambling as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all nag4u account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account to control your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a set duration.
• Cool-Off Periods: Take a temporary break from gambling for a period of your choice, during which betting and deposits will be suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from all nag4u services. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

11. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nag4u platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial means to interact with games, place bets, or access account functions.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, whether in live dealer games or sports betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploitation of errors will be voided.
• Using VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or to create multiple accounts.
• Money laundering or using nag4u as a vehicle for any financial crime, including the deposit and withdrawal of funds with no genuine gaming intent.
• Providing false identification documents or misrepresenting your age, identity, or eligibility during KYC verification.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward nag4u staff or other platform users.
• Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the security or integrity of the nag4u platform or its underlying infrastructure.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the nag4u platform, including but not limited to the nag4u name, logo, website design, graphics, game assets, written content, promotional materials, and software, is the exclusive intellectual property of nag4u or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the nag4u platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the nag4u platform without prior written consent from nag4u.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nag4u, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the nag4u platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings resulting from game malfunctions or technical errors, where stakes have been refunded.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms.
• Losses or damages resulting from unauthorised access to your account where nag4u was not negligent in its security obligations.
• Interruption of service due to scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Any reliance placed on information provided on the nag4u platform, including odds, statistics, or editorial content.

Nothing in these Terms limits nag4u's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14. Privacy & Data

nag4u collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

nag4u will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with payment processors, game providers, and KYC verification partners is limited to what is strictly necessary for the provision of their respective services and is governed by appropriate data processing agreements.

15. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the nag4u platform, you must follow the procedure below before pursuing any external legal remedy:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint in writing via live chat or email to our support team. Please include your account username, the date of the disputed event, and a clear description of the issue.
2. Step 2 — Internal Review: nag4u will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and conduct a full internal review. A written response will be provided within ten (10) business days.
3. Step 3 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal review, you may request escalation to senior management. A final position will be issued within a further ten (10) business days.
4. Step 4 — External ADR: If the matter remains unresolved following exhaustion of the internal process, you may refer the dispute to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body as specified by nag4u's licensing authority.

These Terms and any dispute arising hereunder shall be governed by international gaming law as applicable under nag4u's licensing jurisdiction.

16. Amendments

nag4u reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, nag4u will notify registered users via email or via an on-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the amended Terms taking effect, except where immediate changes are required for regulatory, legal, or security reasons.

Your continued use of the nag4u platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with the process described in Section 3.
